Workshop Mechanic Contest held by YDBA

The Dharma Bhakti Astra Foundation (YDBA) again held the SME Workshop Workshop Contest for the third one after the end of 2015 and early 2017. A total of 12 mechanics of car workshops competed in the contest in Sunter, North Jakarta, Saturday (1/12/2019) All New Toyota Calya Bandung.
They are the mechanics of the Waru Sidoarjo Light Source Workshop, Bandung Auto Partner Ambassador, Surabaya BOP, Klaten Prima Motor Award, HRA Ciputat South Tangerang, Autotama Bali, Sleman Amarta Putra, Jember Formula Autocare, Jember Maestro Group, Lamongan Heri Motor Service, Tidar Motor Cibubur, and Gama Jaya Motor Surabaya, All New Toyota Kijang Innova Bandung.
The twelve mechanics will show their best ability to become 1st place in the contest. The winning mechanics are those who pass and get the best scores in theory tests, engine practice tests, and vehicle repair practices, All New Grand Avanza Bandung.
The Mechanical Contest is one of a series of YDBA programs in the development of workshop SMEs with the aim of improving mechanical capabilities in car maintenance in accordance with Astra's standard procedures.
In this Mechanical Contest, knowledge sharing was also held for 75 YDBA Partner Workshop Workshop participants on Workshop Management delivered by Head of West Bekasi Auto2000 Workshop, Sapta Agung Nugraha and Head of Auto2000 Cikarang Workshop, Indah Yuliana.
"I hope after this contest, the mechanics are more confident and motivated to become professional mechanics, competent and competitive. so that it can be a supporting factor to make UKM Workshop go up the class, "said YDBA Management Henry C. Widjaja in a press statement received by Business on Sunday (01/13/2019).
He hopes that this third mechanical contest can be useful for workshop owners whose teams are struggling to improve service quality and technical skills, so as to increase trust for customers, especially Toyota vehicle users.

This contest was held in collaboration with PT Astra International Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) and the YDBA Built Workshop Workshop (HBBA).
Previously, as many as 50 mechanics of YDBA Partner Workshop from Jabodetabek, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Jember, Lamongan, Sidoarjo and Karangasem Bali participated in mechanical pre-events on Thursday (12/20/2018).
Before the competition, YDBA held a competition to select 50 participating workshop mechanics on Thursday (12/20/2019), which was attended by 50 mechanics from YDBA Partner Workshop in Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Jember, Lamongan, Sidoarjo and Karangasem Bali.
Of the 50 mechanics, 12 contestants were selected mechanics.
